At RAYMOND WEIL, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your timepiece in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and any protective film or tags that were attached.

• 3.
  Ship with Pre-paid Label

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
